Who Wins the MOC-Off?

Post by JackDawson1010 on 8/24/2011, 1:21 am

Since the judges haven't been online much, I decided the final round would be a vote. You can only vote once, and don't say "both". Now here are the MOCS.

Octan's Woodstock:

T_C_O's Maracas:

Voting Closes September 1, And will be announced on the 1st anniversary of TBH (whenever that may be Grin)

You can vote TCO and Octan, but you can't vote for yourself... and if one votes the other has to as well.

You get it? Grin

Octan... I find TCO's a very simple build that was helped by a handy tool on LDD activated by pressing "b"...

Oh Bucket tool... what would we do without you.

I don't know. They both could've used a little more detail. Like a curtain on Octan's, or different styles (not colour wise)

Woodstock did not have a curtain. Classic Smile Also see my topic, I did not clone the stage, it has a inter frame and plates on the outside. Classic Smile

I'm pretty sure he was talking about the figures that are oddly in a formation. I don't think Woodstock Attendees are soldiers

Now to be unbiased...

TCO's is just the same thing cloned and flipped. But what else could it be?

I retract my vote for TCO. I can chose, in my personal opinion, they don't show enough effort.

That has been my issue. Both have pros and cons and they just about cancel each other out!

Actually, I built each layer of it. And on the inside of the container is a bunch of little pieces to make music. ;-)

Well you should have taken pictures of that too to prove it, now it's too late, seeing as you could easily alter your entry and re-take pictures as evidence of that statement...

I believe what I see and I see basic LDD and photoshop...

Should you close this topic and post a new one showing what we built? So people could judge better? And the votes would be reset...
