4191 The Captain’s Cabin
In the dead of night, Captain Jack Sparrow sneaks into the captain’s cabin to steal a coveted ship-in-a-bottle. As he turns to leave, two pirates jump out of the shadows. With nowhere to run, will he be able to fend them off and escape with the loot?

4192 Fountain of Youth
Barbossa, Blackbeard and Jack Sparrow are battling it out for the fabled spring that gives the gift of eternal life. As they clash cutlasses, can Captain Jack tiptoe past them and make it to the fountain first?

4193 The London Escape
Captain Jack Sparrow and Joshamee Gibbs escape the hangman’s noose only to be captured again by King George’s soldiers. Can Jack escape through the busy streets of London and find refuge at the Captain’s Daughter?

4194 Whitecap Bay
At White Cap Bay, Captain Jack Sparrow and the other pirates must capture a mermaid. Spot them using the searchlight and shoot the net from the boathouse cannon. But beware! If the whale oil tips over the whole lighthouse is sure to go up in flames!

[/color]4181 Isla De la Muerta
Pirate Lord Hector Barbossa needs to capture the descendent of Bootstrap Bill to rid himself of the curse of the Black Pearl , and he believes it to be the beautiful Elizabeth Swann. As Barbossa turns into a skeleton, can Captain Jack Sparrow defeat the Pirate Lord and gain control of the Black Pearl?

4182 The Cannibal Escape
Ruuuun! Captain Jack Sparrow and Will Turner have escaped from the cannibal village and are being chased by their hungry foes. Can they reach the safety of the Black Pearl before their guests really do have them for dinner? Set includes roasting spit, bone cage, chief’s chair and cannibal hut.

4183 The Mill
At the mill, Captain Jack Sparrow, Will Turner and Admiral Norrington duel it out for the key to the Dead Man’s Chest. Suddenly the mill wheel shakes loose with them inside! Can they manage to stay upright and still stop Flying Dutchman Pirate Hadras from scuttling away with the prize?

4195 Queen Anne’s Revenge
From the captain’s quarters perched high on his magnificent ship, Blackbeard secretly looks on as Captain Jack Sparrow and the motley crew attempt mutiny against Angelica and the zombies. Will our heroes be able to take control of the ship before Blackbeard reveals himself?

I am against it all the way. I am a purist of the LEGO Pirates line, and a POTC line would ruin it, its like having a pirates line, while not having one. I like POTC a lot, but I don't want a LEGO line version of it.

Shouldn't this be in the "Licensed Themes" sub-forum?

also I'm for i, even though I'm not a big fan, it would still be the first pirates I'd ever buy(I like fleshies and that Jack Sparrow looks spiffy, not only that, but being the hero he's also affordable).

Theme almost confirmed:

Hey guys, browsed through only the last 2 pages of this thread and it seems that there is still doubt about it's existence. I've recently seen a pdf file given to dealers of next year's lifestyle products, and it's pretty much confirmed that PotC is coming out as a theme next year as there were minifigure keychains of them. I'm not really able to recall exactly how many and who, but after finally watching Curse of the Black Pearl for the first time yesterday, I have reason to believe that it is based on the first movie, as the minifigures I can recall are:

Captain Barbossa
Captain Jack Sparrow
Elizabeth Swan (didn't look very nice imo)
Black Guy with dreadlocks (One of Barbossa's crew right?)
Another Black Guy with creepy eyes (I think)

Note that I could not see much or in close detail, but given the fact that keychains are already being marketed to dealers can pretty much confirm that PotC is coming out next year. I'm sorrry for not having any pictures or anything to confirm this, but trust me.

Let me think......On one hand we can have a pirates theme, which I'm sure will bring lots of awesome figs and parts or we can stay where we are....no pirates at all.

I think I'll take the first option X Eyes

I would like to see a licensed pirate theme, but POTC really isn't what I was thinking for a replacement (more along the lines of bringing back new Disney-owned MARVEL), but this will do. Sure, I'd buy some small sets, but noting major (like the Black Pearl). Also, like Batman, POTC was kind of an....extreme movie, that would inspire kids watching those creepy zombies in Curse of the Black Pearl.

Check out this!

These too!

I'm also confused about the release date. It is coming out at a time when sets don't usually don't come out, and the video game comes out the same month, too. I'm questionable about this, but I hope it's true.

Nope, just like Indiana Jones. One big wave, then one smaller one, and a game some where in the middle. Given the movies are newer then IJ, I might be wrong. Classic Smile But if it means I can grow my pirate collection, I like it!

Not really a fan of Pirates of the Caribbean, but the sets look epic, and my mom's a fan of Johnny Depp, so I might buy a few.

Well it seems that there are Americans in At Stranger Tides, but will they be in the sets? Who knows.

Anyway, I sort of have mixed feelings about it, I actually don't really care that much. It's sort of like Hero Factory to me, except I'll get use out of pieces from this theme.
