I did. But the thing that throws me off is "Wow, that cheap!?" You didn't mention anything about a cheap price, I did. That's what threw me for a loop. Bug-Eyes

Re: Recent Aquisitions

I went to 2 different stores today to get some zombies, but it turned out both of them didn't have series 1 figures anymore. So then instead of that, I decided to buy 3 spartans and a Kingdoms advent calendar.

Now I've got a total of 3 spartans, and I might want to buy more. I'm not sure though,
since I also need money for the Battle of Endor and several Hoth sets. The rest of the money would go to BL orders for my upcoming (not started yet) Endor project.

So perhaps (well, most likely) the small amount of 3 spartans will stay like that for a while.
Now, I'm eagerly awaiting December the 1st, as I'm wondering what will be included within my newly bought calendar.

Because that's wrong! Angry ... Grin ! And he did post a link. When he said "Republic Attack Shuttle!", if you clicked on it, it showed the set on brickset. And also, did you mean my Slave I when you said "For that cheap? Really? Did they have a sale?" because he didn't say anything about a sale or price cut, I did.

A sharkman minifigure.
I came across a LEGO Atlantis book that came with a free sharkman in the store, and I decided to take it with me.

Oh, and I also bought several sets already for our holiday (Sinterklaas) in The Netherlands, to open that day (December the 5th). Including 8038 Battle of Endor! Grin

Yes, people, this will be the beginning of my huge Endor project.

What exactly is Fabuland? It looks like a Duplo theme.

It was a theme intended for younger children. It had larger parts than system and juniorized parts. It was before Duplo was created so Duplo took it's place. Now it would be in between Duplo and System.

I have, about 27 times.
I was in Target, looking for series two, and I walked past two grown men, with their arms laden with series 2 packages. I asked them where they were, and they told me. They also told me that they had picked out all the spartans. I went and looked, only to be discouraged that one box was completely empty, while the other only had about 15 bags left in it. I picked out 12 at random, not feeling like using the barcode sheet. I got a spartan they missed Grin.

Yeah, I once went to where they were kept and there was this guy sitting there picking through the Packages, I asked him if he was a Lego fan(he obviously was....) but he ignored me, and left. Then I went through the packages, and found no Spartans. I think that is why he had left. So I picked out a couple, and enjoyed them.... Grin

Unboxed and built these sets yesterday:

8038 Battle of Endor (I thought it was going to be awesome, but in fact; it is amazing! Far beyond my expectations.)
7749 Echo Base (The tauntaun is a great figure. The rebels, who are different from the Rebel BP ones, will serve as vanguards.)
8397 Pirate Survival Impulse (This one is pretty nice, greatly detailed figure and the fish is a great piece, too.)
7952 Kingdoms Advent Calendar (This one includes some nice stuff, too.)

EDIT: Picture added.
